By registering an account and playing Faloria you accept the server rules.
Rule violations will be punished accordingly to the table below. Please note that Faloria staff always reserves the right to serve a permanent banishment.

| 1b | *** | It is illegal to spread wrong or misleading info about the server situation while claiming to belong to Faloria staff. This includes but is not limited to information spread on in-game chat, Discord, Facebook and Twitter |
| 1c | ** | Disrespecting and/or openly arguing about a punishment with any staff member is prohibited. |
| 2a | * | Repeatedly making false reports, due to personal conflicts, in order to humilitate or to interrupt somebody’s else game, without actual rule violation is prohibited. |
| 3a | **** | It is forbidden to exploit any server bugs in order to gain unfair advantages or disrupt the server. |
| 4a | *** | It is illegal to trade your character, items or in-game currency for real money or items on other open-tibia servers. |
| 5a | *** | It is illegal to offer your character, items or in-game currency for real money or items on other open-tibia servers. |
| 6a | *** | It is prohibited to use more then two clients at the same time. Only ONE character online per player may be activly used in hunting, questing, participating in PVP etc. The remaining online character may only be used for runemaking. |
| 6b | **** | Trying to circumvent the maximum amount of online characters (as defined by rule 6a) will be looked upon as a malicious acitivity and punished accordingly. |

| 7a | ** | Racist and inconvenient comments about any culture, religion, person or similar in any chats operated by Faloria staff is prohibited. |
| 7b | * | Excessive spam with nonsense on any channel is prohibited. |
| 7c | *** | Advertisement of other game servers on any channels operated by Faloria is prohibited. |
| 8a | *** | Intentionally destroying server population with a destrutive behaviour may be punished if the only purpose of such behaviour is to ruin server morale. |
| 9a | **** | Using unofficial software to gain an unfair advantage over other players is strictly forbidden on Faloria. |
| 9b | **** | Manipulating computer inputs to constantly cast a spell on your character while being AFK is strictly forbidden on Faloria. |
| 9c | **** | Using third-party software to login/logout bed-mages (Farming) is strictly forbidden on Faloria. |
| 9d | **** | Infraction of any rule defined under 9 (9a, 9b, 9c) will result in a banishment of all accounts related to the owner. |
